Strict Defect-Only Return Policy

Returns and refunds are ONLY accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect.

If you receive a product that has a clear manufacturing flaw or damage upon arrival, we will gladly process a return or refund. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any other circumstances whatsoever (including, but not limited to, a change of mind, incorrect sizing chosen by the customer, or general dissatisfaction).

How to Report a Defective Item
